This solution has a longer distance between the bearings than the original (which has a not that good deisign and wears out the wheel axles). The distance between the bearings is even longer than on Husqvarna's newer improved wheel motor with a metal engine mount.
The end result is a better solution than the latest Husqvarna motor. Our repair kit includes gears with bearing bronze bushing, better axle sealing, stainless steel wheel axle and with a longer ball bearing spacing.

Fits the following models:

Husqvarna Automower 435X (2019–2020)
Husqvarna Automower 535X (2019–2020)

The motor may be marked with or similar:

5863561-01-A
5863561-02-C
5863561-03-D
5863561-04-F

The part numbers that the parts fit are as follows:

5816213-01
5816213-02
5816213-03
5816213-04

Content:

(Contents apply to one kit for two motors)

2X Bearing holder with ball bearings

2X Stainless steel wheel axle

2X Sun wheel (existing plate with 4 pins reused)

8X Planetary gears with bronze bearing

8X Pins for outer planetary gears

8X Long allen atainless steel screws

8X Short stainless steel tapered torx screws

8X Hex hex screws for motor mount

2X Shaft seals

1X Tube of grease

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0770/5634/4398/files/Reparationssats_hjulmotor_435X_535X_2st.jpg?v=1789325749
https://shop.klipparservice.se/en/products/special-repair-kit-for-wheel-motor-husqvarna-automower-435x-535x-2019-2020
