Ball bearings for skid plate - 2-pack | Husqvarna Automower & Gardena
Keep your robotic lawnmower quiet and efficient with high-quality precision ball bearings. These bearings are used in the bearing unit for the skid plate under the cutting disc and are compatible with most Husqvarna and Gardena group robotic mowers. Fits models from 105 to 550, including the Sileno series.

Why replace the bearings?
- Whistling noise? This is a common problem on machines manufactured after 2015 – worn and moisture-damaged bearings are the cause.
- Error code for overloaded cutting motor? On older models (before 2015 with aluminium metal lid), rusty ball bearings can lock the skid plate and create unnecessary resistance. The seal on these are usally bad, so replace the gasket as well!
Replace the ball bearings in time to avoid costly damage to the motor.
Assembly instructions
Skid plate with sheet metal lid – 4 holes (older 220AC, 230ACX, 330X etc.)
Press both bearings downwards towards the lid using a vice or sleeve as a counterhold. Install new bearings by pressing on the outer edge.
Skid plate with plastic lid – 3 holes, older model approx. 2015–2020
Press the bearings out downwards towards the lid. Note! Reuse the spacer between the ball bearings. Press in new bearings by pressing on the outer edge.
Skid plate with plastic lid – 3 holes, newer model approx. 2020→
The stops of the bearings are located between the bearings – so press them out from the centre with a slotted screwdriver, for example. Press in new bearings from each side with the spacer ring in between. Press in new bearings by pressing on the outer edge.
Tip: Always replace the seal/gasket to the skid plate cover at the same time. Check that the sealing surface against the O-ring is scratch-free.

Suitable for
Most Husqvarna Automower and Gardena robotic lawn mowers with skid plate.
Does not fit the proffessional machines with skid plate that has quick connector. Ceora, 560, 580 for example.
