We designed this disc based on our own concepts to create the best possible solution, ensuring optimal precision and balance.
In my view, the quality surpasses that of the original and is significantly better than other aftermarket options I have seen. The plastic is also slightly thicker than the original, ensuring greater durability.
Cutting disc with the option of 10 or 5 blades
The number of knives is chosen depending on what you like. On Husqvarna's orange professional machines, 5 knives are standard.
Also fits NERA machines
This is the first cutting disc on the market for Nera models featuring more than three blades. The advantages of my cutting disc include lower noise levels, superior cutting results, and a reduced need for blade replacements compared to the original. I have also incorporated a design that prevents the blades from getting stuck in the retracted position.
Like Husqvarna’s post-2020 cutting discs, this one has a slightly larger outer diameter (202 mm) than the pre-2020 versions. The blades are positioned at the same distance from the center, so functionality remains unaffected. However, for optimal cutting results, it should be used with the new, smaller skid plate that I also sell.

Not a good idea if there are stones in the lawn and the blades are frequently bent or extremely worn.
Assembly tips:
The screws must be locked with thread locking, so that they do not thread out!
