We have now developed our own bearing housing including everything needed.
But we have improved it with real metal threads, so that the threads do not wear out.
This bearing housing corresponds to Husqvarna's latest model with bearing stops between the ball bearings. On the previous models, it sometimes wore out so that the cutting disc came loose from the bearings and went downwards.
There is also an advantage with insert threads for those who want to drive with a skid plate without holes for the blades, as you then do not risk damaging the plastic threads. This reduces the noise from the cutting unit.
