Description
Front wheel set for Husqvarna Automower with 8mm axle 2013-2023
Take the opportunity to upgrade with higher quality front wheels than the original!
On many machines, the front wheels come loose from the machine and are often destroyed.
The design of the wheel seal is not very good, which is why water penetrates the bearings and the lock washers rust and crack. It is then possible to replace the bearings and parts, but the design is not so good, so water will penetrate the wheel bearings again.
Therefore, we have made an upgraded wheel with better technical design and sealing of the wheel bearings. For sealing the bearing part, a larger o-ring is used and a design of the wheel parts that ensures that the o-ring is in the right place when assembled, which is not so secure on the original, see picture! The tires also have double sealing surfaces that prevent dirt from entering the wheel cavity.
The ball bearings have the highest steel quality and the locking rings are now made for installation without special tools or much force. We have noticed that many customers find the original locking washers difficult to install, so we have made grooves in the axle instead. It is a little more expensive and requires high tolerances in manufacturing, but we think it is worth it!
We have used everything that is good about the newer Nera models and what we think has worked well from older machines.
Our new wheel has the following advantages:
Replaceable tire with double sealing surfaces for less risk of dirt in the wheel cavity
Protection against scratches and wear on the side of the wheel
Stainless steel locking rings that are easily mounted without special tools or high force
Slots in the wheel axle for easy installation of locking rings.
Does not fit Nera models.
