Description
This is our bestseller; a repair kit for both sides to replace sunwheels in the outer part of the wheel motors. Gears in hardened high-quality steel in-house production. New pins for the planetary gears closest to the wheel, stainless screws with torx and hex key grips that do not slip and new wheel bearings are included.

Now there is the option of choosing an upgrade kit that makes the wheel bearing much stronger and reduces the wear on the gears as there will be no angular error in the gear grip anymore. This is a conversion kit that moves the wheel bearings apart approx. 8mm and contains a new longer axle and a new outer bearing holder that replaces the existing outer bearing. The longer distance between the bearings means that the shaft no longer misaligns in them. This avoids the emergency solution of locking fluid between the axle and the wheel bearings, which is otherwise recommended. The repair is easier to carry out and gives a good result as it is not easy to get the locking fluid between the bearing and the shaft in a controlled manner. The shaft always wears out and this kit removes this weakness that is built into all these engines from the factory and wears out the gears.

Shaft Seal
Shaft seals with better quality than the original that have two seal lips for longer life.
The wheel axle always gets a certain wear that wears the original seal so that it becomes oval and does not seal as intended, which can damage the wheel bearings.
The seal is located in the plastic motor mount . The old one is removed and the new one installed turned with the spring inwards towards the electric motor and lubricated with grease.
Fits:
320/330X/420/430X/440/450X/520/550 from 2014v45 up to 2020, check appearance!
435X to axle only with large wheels.
On the 435X, it is only possible to mount a kit on the narrow part of the machine, however the shaft of the electric motor may need to be ground down a bit to make room.

320 produced in 2013 and 2014 had Linix motor
330X manufactured before 2014v45 had Dunker motor
Check the appearance against the picture below, if the gearbox is golden and the attachment to the electric motor is black with 4 locking lugs, it fits.
ATTENTION! Does not fit the new motor that were introduced around 2020 and has a metal end.
