Wheel motor repair kit – better than a new replacement motor
Husqvarna wheel motors of this type have an inherent design flaw: the wheel bearings are positioned too close together, which over time causes shaft misalignment and accelerated wear on the gears and bearings. Our repair kit is developed specifically to remove this weakness – not only restoring the engine, but making it more durable than Husqvarna's own newer engine type.

Choose the right variant:
Premium – Reinforced wheel bearing (recommended) The complete solution. New, longer stainless steel wheel axle moves the bearings apart by about 8 mm – removing the fundamental weakness that wears all these motors out of the factory. The axle is no longer tilted, the gears are loaded evenly, and the service life is significantly extended. Better for the robot, better for the resale value.
Includes: new longer stainless steel wheel axle, adapter with coarser outer ball bearings, stainless steel screws for engine end, axle seal.
Budget – Axle Seals Suitable if the wheel axle is in very good condition, but with a limited service life. You reuse the old axle and change the seals to our improved variant with double seal flaps. Remember: the axle on these motors always wears, so if there is already a gap in the wheel or sideways – choose Premium.
Fits:
320/330X/420/430X/440/450X/520/550 from 2014v45 up to 2020, check appearance!
435X only for the axle with large wheels, but requires a little heating with a hot air gun and adjustment of the plastic inside (applies to reinforced wheel bearings).
On the 435X, it is only possible to mount a set of reinforced wheel bearings on the narrow part of the machine, however, the electric motor shaft may need to be ground down slightly to make room.

Bra kvalitet på delarna och bra instruktioner på själva utförandet på hemsidan. Spindeledsutdragaren löns att köpa före man börjar. Original skruvarna på motorn bjöd på visst motstånd. Vår 450X har 10år / 9000 km på nacken.
Snabb leverans beställde det vid lunchtid fick grejerna 24 timmar efter. BRA service.
En sak att tänka på är att Husqvarna kan ha monterat en extra jordning på motorn om man har haft den inne på service.
Och då måste man dela maskinen för att få ut motorn.
Beställde en renoveringssats till min HQ 440 då båda motorerna var rejält slitna i både lager och drev. Två dagar efter beställningen fanns satsen i min postlåda. Efter att ha följt Klipparservices instruktionsfilm på Youtube så var båda motorerna i nyskick efter knappt två timmars skruvande, till en bråkdel av priset jämfört med nya. Kan verkligen rekommendera Klipparservice och deras produkter!

Följde Youtubefilmen, tog ett par timmar och byta alla delar, sen gick den igen som ny.

Mycket bra reparationssats till ett lågt pris, samt lätt att få kontakt med Gordon som hjälpte till när jag strulande till det.
Allt man behöver för att uppgradera till bättre lager och renovera planetväxeln. Och detta till ett riktigt konkurrenskraftigt pris!
Efter operationen smyger Robban runt på tomten och gör sitt jobb excellent. Det har blivit tystare ute i trädgården nu enbart ett litet sus.
Lite svårt att montera från hjulsidan. Efter kontakt med Gordon förstod vi hur satsen skulle monteras. En sladd till slingsignalen hade åkt ur vid monteringen så klipparen fungerade först inte. Står ”hittar inte slingsignal”. Gordon tipsade dock om att just detta fel kunde uppstå så efter att maskinen öppnats och kabeln satts på plats fungerade maskinen fint. 1 veckas körning hittills utan problem.

I bought a set of two repair-kits for maybe 4-5 years ago when my Automower first broke down by accident. Yesterday the planetary gear on the opposing side gave up due to old age/working hours. Used kit nr 2 and now it works like a new machine. Highly recommend these products!

Efter att ha köpt två nya drivmotorer till min 430X *och monterat dom...så fick jag se er video hur man renoverar drivmotorerna. Ville gärna testa att renovera mina gamla drivmotorer så jag beställde två kit. Jobbet tog någon timme. Monterade tillbaka dom gamla överhalade drivmotorerna. Funkar nu helt perfekt. Så nu har jag två nya original drivmotorer liggande i reserv. Kanske min bror, eller min dotter behöver dessa inom snar framtid. Att renovera drivmotorerna gick relativt lätt och kan göras de flesta som inte "har tummen mitt i handen"
