⚠️ Important before purchasing:
Fits only wheel motors from 2020 onwards with a metal motor mount. For the 420 model, it fits only the 2020 model year; newer 420s use a different motor type with a plastic mount. Check against the images: metal motor mount without a line extending downwards = fits. Plastic motor mount with a line on the plastic = does not fit.
In that case, choose a different repair kit from the menu instead!
Important installation tip:
The sealing lip of the shaft seal must face outwards towards the wheel; otherwise, it will not fit and will get crushed when installing the wheel hub!
Better than a new original motor – guaranteed
We have developed a repair kit where every component is of higher quality than the Husqvarna original. Moisture ingress is the most common cause of failure for these motors; we solve this with a new shaft seal and a stainless steel wheel axle (optional) that won't rust and damage the seal from the inside.
Unique to Klipparservice: our steel gears feature a bearing-grade bronze bushing for an extremely long service life – something not found in the original.
What makes this kit superior to the original:

Optional:
- Stainless steel wheel axle – highly recommended if the bearings have failed. The shafts are usually in poor condition once the bearings have failed—and the seal remains effective much longer with a stainless steel shaft. Note: when ball bearings have failed, the shaft is often seized to the bearings.
- Plastic planetary gears – the gears closest to the electric motor wear out quickly if moisture has penetrated. Pins for these are also included.

Las piezas de Klipparservice encajan perfectamente en los motores grandes de Husqvarna e incluso mejoran algunas características. Los vídeos tutoriales de Gordon son muy buenos y fáciles de seguir para poder hacerlo todo en casa sin grandes complicaciones. Tampoco son necesarias herramientas especiales pero yo si que compré el extractor del soporte de rueda de Gordon que va perfecto.
J'ai commandé ce kit pour rénover mes moteurs de roues. Gordon m'a contacté via SMS avant d envoyer m'a commande pour être sûr d'avoir choisi le bon kit. Il faut être bon bricoleur pour faire cette rénovation mais avec les vidéos de Gordon et nos échanges sms, ça c'est très bien passé. Un grand merci à Gordon.
Je suis très satisfait de mes achats. En plus de sa sympathie et de sa disponibilité, Gordon donne de bons conseils à la moindre difficulté.

Väldigt fin kvalitet på delarna och bra videon. Renoverade båda främre motorerna på en 435X (årsmodell 2022, 7600h). Axlarna och dess lager var helt slut. Elmotorerna var ännu utan klapp, men när det ändå var öppet, bytte jag lagren också. Klipper fint och ljudlöst igen. Bakmotorerna ska få samma behandling också.

Ich habe für meiner 435awd ein Kit bestellt. Dabei habe ich die falsche Version bestellt (versehentlich für Modell vor 2020) und wenige Stunden nach der Bestellung eine Mail mit der Bitte um Abänderung geschrieben. Es wurde problemlos mit neuer geänderter Rechnung geliefert.

Das Produkt selbst ist für den 435awd (habe schon die neuen, angeblich besseren Motoren) unkompliziert einzubauen - keine Notwendigkeit etwas mit dem "Heissluftföhn zu ändern oder zu fräsen".
Ich habe die Kugellager erneuert, die neuen Zahnräder/Achsen/Schrauben eingebauten. Die mitgelieferten Bolzen habe ich nicht getauscht, da sie noch einwandfrei waren.
Nur das Entfernen der alten, total aufgerieben Kugellager aus dem Aluminiumgehäuse war eher schwierig.
Ein nützlicher Hinweis im Erklär-Video wäre es die Unterschiede der Modellinien des AWD vor und nach 2020 zu erwähnen- vorallem das Vorhandesnsein der Verjüngung (Anschlag in der Mitte des Alu-Teiles) darzustellen. Folglich können die Kugellager nicht über die Mitte - sondern jeweils nur nach Aussen entfernt werden.
Fazit:
1)Top Produkt - erspart gut 400€ für 2 neue Radmotoren.

I am very happy with my overhaul kit. The kit took only 1-2 weeks to come all the way to New Zealand. Following the instructions on Gordon's video's made it easy and enjoyable. He also had some great tips. The quality of the kit is excellent and should last a lot longer than normal. Thanks so much!

Rebuilt bother gearboxes, parts fit perfectly, took about 25mins per gearbox after watching the training.
Hjulaxeln är för lång för att passa Automower 440.

För att klargöra så hade du beställt fel sats från början, så jag skickade ju rätt sats efter jag kollat upp det, så att du inte skulle få fel delar!
Och som vi nyss pratade om i telefon så måste den längre hjulaxeln användas ihop med den nya lagerhållaren i kombination med den gamla lagerhållaren för att axeln ska passa! Det är en liten specialare som inte alltid är speciellt självklar.
Jag tror att du är nöjd med den förklaringen :)

Suuuper, sehr schnelle Lieferung, alles Bestens, Teile absolut Präzise gefertigt, und Paßgenau. Mit der tollen Videoanleitung von jedem der nicht zwei linke Hände hat machbar.
Ne pas hésiter à commander, pour ma par le modèle reçu ne correspondais pas .(nouveau modèle de moteurHusqvarna), mais le problème a été résolu avec le SAV.
This kit is a great improvement over Husqvarna's default motor. The stainless steel axle, better grease and bearings plus the torx screws for easy future maintenance, all are game changing. The shipment to Spain was really fast also. I strongly recommend this, and stop buying motors from Husqvarna when the only thing needed are new bearings, regrease and seal!
