Specially designed repair kit for wheel motor with plastic motor mount on Husqvarna Automower 435X and 535X (2019-2020)
We have made a repair kit unique tor these machines.
It has previously been difficult to get a good solution for the 435X, 535X as there is very little space inside them.
If you have a different machine type, choose our repair kit with reinforced wheel bearings.
We have made a new bearing housing with thicker bearings than the original and a longer shaft. This solution has a longer distance between the bearings than the original (which has a not that good deisign and wears out the wheel axles). The distance between the bearings is even longer than on Husqvarna's newer improved wheel motor with a metal engine mount.
The end result is a better solution than the latest Husqvarna motor. Our repair kit includes gears with bearing bronze bushing, better axle sealing, stainless steel wheel axle and with a longer ball bearing spacing.
