Description
Middle gear (sun gear) for smaller Honda Miimo which is installed closest to the wheel.
This gear sometimes gets worn out and before there has been no possibility to fix a motor that has had this fault. But since I find it a bit sad when you can't fix things, so I have made this gear for these occasions.
This gear is milled and machined from steel and not pressed from powder like the original.
Since you can't machine the gear as it looks original, the geometry is slightly different from the original in order for the gear cutter to fit, so you may need to remove a metal washer. You may also need to grind off the edges of the teeth about 0.5mm on the 4 gears that work against this gear because the gear cutter couldn't fit otherwise.
