Now we have started to learn what goes wrong with newer models.
We have already noticed that the front wheels generally have a poor fit and wear out the front axle. That is why we have designed our own front wheel and a lot of other things during the winter with a focus on serviceability and high quality. We are really happy with this and we have started to test the first prototypes on our new Husqvarna 430V Nera.
Our wheels are fully ball-bearing instead of plain bearings for the pivot and thus completely play-free. The fit to the front axle is also better, with a slight press fit instead of a loose fit like on the original. The contact surfaces are also much larger than the original. This means that the front axle and the wheel attachment do not wear out like the original.
We also have a few other features such as replaceable tires and locking rings that are easier to install.
They are simply more expensive and make the machine even better!
Also knife disk with 5 or 10 blades and our own skid plate and bearing holder will be tested on this machine.
The knife disk is made so that with a very simple modification it also fits Nera models. This is unique for Klipparservice, and we are sure that it will become a customer favorite!
