Now I have raised the quality to new heights with our unique gears with built-in plain bearings.
Previously, there have sometimes been problems after one or two years if you reused the factory-fitted gears, as you can see in the picture. The pins of the gears become worn out and the holes in the gears become far too large. So it does not help to just change the pins that the gears spin around.
But because I do not like it when there are problems for customers, or for me, I have now developed the optimal gear for extremely long service life, and it is now included in the repair kits for larger machines, 2000m2 and up.
With these gears installed, the grease stays clean, with gears without plain bearings the grease often became dark quite quickly after a repair, but not anymore. This means less wear and less risk of blocked electric motors, which can otherwise be blocked by grease mixed with metal powder.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to implement this solution yet on the smaller machines, but the ambition is to do the same on them in the future.
