Klipparservice ha realizzato un kit di riparazione che allunga notevolmente la durata dei motori delle ruote; diremmo che una volta ricostruito, il motore durerà quanto la vita della macchina. Il sistema dei cuscinetti delle ruote, causa del guasto del motore, è stato completamente riprogettato e dotato di cuscinetti a sfere anziché di cuscinetti lisci come nell'originale.
Gli ingranaggi si usurano perché la ruota non viene mantenuta centrata nel cambio. Questo kit di ricostruzione comprende anche ingranaggi di qualità molto più elevata rispetto agli originali, realizzati in acciaio temprato di alta qualità.

Works like a charm

This solved exactly the problem with broken/damaged gears. With the video tutorial it was quite easy to change the parts. I don't have a vise to push the pins etc. to place, but solved it with the things I have in my toolbox and some curse words :-)
Given the ball bearing I'm quite sure it will last for a long time.

Perfectly work with Bosch Indego S+350

I've had no major problem replacing the original parts with the support of Gordons YouTube video.
One thing to note is, if the "inner"-gear is also damaged, like with my mower, the repair set will not solve this problem though, since it's not included in the set. Turning the gear 180 degrees might be required.

As other comments, I strongly suggest to add the M4x10 screws to basket. I had to drill out two of them, the rest were destroyed with an impact driver.
When you drill screw's head use 7mm very good bit and do it slowly.
The same, I used all metal washers back but only one plastic, that outside gear, on wheel axle on top of locking ring.
There is no space for plastic washer inside. When you press all parts together, fit well.
And yes...Thanks to Gordon, my Indego got a second life.

Works perfectly with Bosch Indego S+ 350

Gordon is very supportive and the gear kit fits perfectly. Make sure to buy the M4 x 10 screws as well, as the manufacturer added that much loctite, that it's hard to remove them without destruction.
Usa all metal washer plates, just as they were in place before. That's hard to see in the video, so please record it yourself.
What you get is:
- very silent robot
- more battery life, as the engine consumes less power, because of less resistance
- the robot behaves better, as it can adjust more precisely
